The Chasing the Northern Lights with Wil cruise is a round trip departing from Liverpool, visiting Runavik in the Faroe Islands, Andalsnes, Alesund and Bergen in Norway, and Lerwick in the Shetland Isles before returning to Liverpool. Each port stop will have a range of excursions available to book.

Wil will be joined by a range of guest speakers who are experts from various fields including photography, astronomy, wildlife and food. They'll be giving inciteful talks throughout your time on the cruise, as well as offering bookable experiences/workshops. See our Line Up page to find out more!

Evening highlights include production shows from our talented show team of professional entertainers and live acts. Music and dance feature prominently as well as quizzes, various games, activities, and our very detailed guest speaker programme. 

We will be sailing with Ambassador Cruise Line, a multi-award-winning cruise line who pride themselves in giving their guests the warmest welcome at sea. We will be sailing with Ambassador's second lady of the sea, Ambiton, where you can expect to enjoy exceptional full-board dining at a range of restaurants, access to the Green Sea Spa offering a sauna, steam room, hair salon and a range of restoring spa treatments, as well as a fitness centre, outdoor walking and running track, swimming pool, splash pool, active pool and a week of amazing entertainment. Food is inclusive of the ticket price.  

Ambience also offers two speciality restaurants onboard. Saffron is an Indian & Asian inspired restaurant.  Sea and Grass is a fine dining experience.

Drinks packages are available at the time of booking and in addition to the ticket price.

To enable guests to budget for any extra costs, a selection of Ambassador Drinks Packages that include service charges, gratuities, and other additions are available.  Savings are available on these packages when booked and paid for before your cruise.
